The Arden Fair is the annual fundraiser for the Village of Arden, supporting the arts, music and culture at the Gild Hall. It is held every Spring and is a holistic event featuring local food vendors, artists, musicians, and health and wellness practitioners.

It’s also an opportunity for people to meet their neighbors and enjoy the community of the Ardens. This year the fair will be at the new TD Bank Park on Harvey Road, which has plenty of parking and more shade from trees. The new venue will allow the fair to expand its holistic exposition, and this year there’ll be a stage for music, dance and performance, as well as a yoga tent.

There’s also a Kids’ Zone where children can participate in Play In A Day and classes in acting and musical theatre. The Arden Theatre Company is dedicated to being an equity, diverse, inclusive and anti-racist organization.

For those interested in the history of the area, there’s a walking tour of historic sites in Arden and a historical booklet about Henley-in-Arden. Also, the town has an ancient mark stone called Coughton wayside cross, where travellers prayed to pass safely through the Forest of Arden.

There are three shopping centers within 4.9 miles and 5 parks, including John Jay Park and Carl Schurz Park. In addition, the property is located less than 14 minutes from Weill Cornell Medical College and less than 19 miles from JFK Airport.
